1).“hello”等于是中文的“喂”，隨時隨地可用。2).打電話先行自我介紹是一種禮貌。電話中最常用“thisis...”的形態而不是"Hereis..."或"Iam...",這是打電話特別需要注意的。
3)."Mayispeakto..."也可換成"Canispeakto..."請某某人聽電話.1).I'msorrytocallyousolate.對不起這么晚打電話來。

三、有急事的表達方法：
