Although和though的用法區別

Although和though用法區別是什么？有些小伙伴在遇到 although 和 though時總會犯難，今天小編就來跟大家一起探究下它們之間的不同之處！

1、兩詞同義并可換用，但although語氣較重，通常放在句首并用于正式場合。

如：I'd quite liketo go out, (al)though it is a bit late. 我很想外出，雖然為時稍晚。

Although it was snowing, it was not very cold. 雖然下著雪，但并不很冷。

2、用though 時，可將強調的詞前置，但although 不能。as也有此種倒裝結構。

如：Poor though /as he is , he is happy.雖然他窮，但過得很愉快。

Child though / as she was, the actress was drawing a crowd. 盡管還是個孩子，這個女演員卻引起了人們的注目。（child前無冠詞a）

3、 although 引導從句常指事實，而though 引導的句子可表假設。

如：Let's start asarranged though it rains tomorrow. 即使明天下雨，咱們也按預定的計劃出發吧。（假設）

He was not unhappy although he had to live alone. 雖然得一個人生活，他毫無不快之感。（事實）

4、although 只用作連詞，而though 除作連詞外，還可用作副詞，常置句末，句子較長時，也置于句中。

如：It's hard work,I enjoy it though. 這是苦差事，可我干得頗有樂趣。

There's no excuse, though , for hurting her feelings. 傷到她的感情一事，還是不可原諒。

5、though 可用于even though, as though 等結構，although則不能。

如：Even though Ifail, I'll keep on trying. 我縱然失敗，仍會繼續嘗試下去。

You look as though (=as if ) you know each other. 看起來你們好像彼此認識。

6、although 和 though 用作連詞時不能和but連用，但可跟yet, still 等連用。

如：Although helives alone, yet he is happy. = He lives alone, but he is happy. 他雖然單獨生活，但很愉快。

7、though 常用于省略句。

如：Though (he is)alone, he is happy.
