如果你想去外企或者是大型的企業，很多的公司都會要求要英文介紹；有些人沒有英文面試的經驗，不知道該怎么去表達，還有的人擔心自己的介紹太過老舊了HR不喜歡；下面我就來分享一下工作面試英文自我介紹該怎么表達，面試的時候有什么要注意的。


如果你已經有基本的英語能力，只要多加強以下的幾點，照樣可以在一群競爭者中脫穎而出。而且你想想，能進到面試的關卡，已表示你的條件有足夠的競爭力，除了需要展現你有口語表達能力之外，可以提升你面試表現的還有以下幾點 :
1. 提高整體對話的專業度：
使用一些專業性較強的詞匯及地道的句型，并進行演練直到自然為止。即使英語不是我們的母語，我們也可以預先準備一些面試時可能會用到的詞匯來提高自己對話的專業度。


2. 掌握說話的技巧：
回答時避免背誦式的說話方式，可以適時加上一下口頭語言來組織你的答案，包含自然的肢體動作來強調重點。改善與加強你的 speech pattern 及 information organization 的方式 。熟悉一對一面試，及團體面試各有不同的溝通方式。


3. 準備得體的回答內容，學會如何回答自己的優點：
不要套用千篇一律的答題策略，需要依據職位特點有技巧性地進行回答。我相信很多人常被這樣的題目， 就是請你介紹自己，還有敘述自己的優點。


常面試時，只需要回答短短的幾個句子，不需要長篇大論的討論自己的優點，所以，只要套進此面試公式，就能運用在其他的題目上。
面試公式：
1. S-Statement and Situation (陳述，情況)
2. T-Task (任務)
3. A-Action (行動)
4. R-Result (結果)
舉一個我的面試實例:
S  : 我是一個很負責并有執行力的人
T  : 在之前一個工作的場合，有一次我負責我司部門的營銷活動，要幫助公司達到年度總預算
A  : 我提出一些新的項目并帶領大家去拜訪新的客戶，以拓廣業務
R  : 因為我的領導能力與我所提出的項目，公司因此增加了許多新的客戶，我們的業績上升了X 。


以下是一個小小的案例：
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen! It is really my honor to have this opportunity for an interview. I hope I can make a good performance today. I'm confident that I can succeed. Now I will introduce myself briefly. I am 26 years old, born in Shandong province. I graduated from Qingdao University. My major is electronics. And I got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 2003. I spent most of my time on study, and I have passed CET-6 during my university. And I have acquired basic knowledge of my major. It is my long cherished dream to be an engineer and I am eager to get an opportunity to fully play my ability.


In July 2003, I began working for a small private company as a technical support engineer in Qingdao city. Because there was no more chance for me to give full play to my talent, so I decided to change my job. And in August 2004, I left for Beijing and worked for a foreign enterprise as an automation software test engineer. Because I want to change my working environment, I'd like to find a job which is more challenging. Moreover￡?Motorola is a global company, so I feel I can gain a lot from working in this kind of company. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position. I think I'm a good team player and a person of great honesty to others. Also I am able to work under great pressure. I am confident that I am qualified for the post of engineer in your company.
